De meeste mensen laten een verkoop of een aankoop regelen door een makelaar of een vastgoed specialist. Hoog waarschijnlijk kom je in ieder geval in contact met een makelaar. Het aantal makelaars is de laatste jaren explosief gestegen waardoor er veel concurrentie is ontstaan.

De kosten en vergoedingen voor de dienstverlening van de makelaars wijken erg van elkaar af. De service en diensten die ze bieden verschillen ook enorm. Met andere woorden de dienstverlening van de makelaar staat op de tocht. Alleen is het heel moeilijk als leek om daar een verschil in te ontdekken. De zoek toch is ondoorzichtig geworden. Er zijn veel makelaars kantoren die denken dat ze makelaar zijn. Eigenlijk is dat niet zo. Het enigste wat ze doen is de woning showen tijdens een rondleiding In plaats van makelaar zijn touroperators of reisgidsen. Dat is iets wat je een kind van 6 jaar kunt leren. Iedereen snapt wel waar de woonkamer zich bevindt en wat een zwevend toilet is.

Een goede makelaar heeft verstand van verkopen en marketing. Uiteraard is het wel verstandiger een bezichtiging door een makelaar te doen omdat hij er niet emotioneel bij betrokken is. Zolang het maar niet de enigste competentie is wat makelaar kan.

Een incompetente makelaar zal het niet al fijn vinden als je deze informatie leest Je zult een slechte makelaar makkelijker kunnen herkennen. De waarheid zal nu naar boven komen wie het echt goed met je voor heeft. Kortom u kunt duizenden euro's besparen waar andere consumenten duizenden euro's zijn verloren om een verkeerde keuze te maken of niet wisten wat de gevolge kunnen zijn van een verkeerde keuzen. Het verschil tussen aankoop makelaar en verkoop makelaar zal ook nog besproken worden
